I think the most important thing to add, is that this movie had a distinct message that most can learn from. The idea of to what extent can expectations have a negative or positive impact on someone's life? The main character of the movie Neil Perry throughout the film was pressured by his dad to do well in school or else you will never succeed in life. But Neil always wanted to act it was a passion of his. So he decided to join a play without the connect of his father, thus causing his father to pull him out of Welton and force him to go to a boarding school. After this Neil thinks he'll never get to do what he wanted with his life so he eventually commits suicide. But overall what i'm trying to say that this film has an important message, that you should maybe try to decipher and think on it.
The film of Dead Poets Society like i said before, personally i believe this film is a must watch and I would probably give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.
